Two Way Keto Eggnog

Serves : 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS

frozen eggnog
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 scoop Love Good Fats Vanilla Shake Mix
1 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg freshly grated, plus more for garnish
½ cup monk fruit sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2-1 cup dark rum or bourbon to taste
5 ice cubes

garnish:
full fat whip cream
cinnamon
sea salt

hot eggnog
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 scoop Love Good Fats Vanilla Shake Mix
1 tsp cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
½ cup monk fruit sweetener
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2-1 cup dark rum or bourbon to taste

DIRECTIONS

frozen eggnog

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
    2. Pour the frozen eggnog into serving glasses and top with whipped cream and cinnamon.

 

hot eggnog

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high until the mixture is evenly combined.
    2. Transfer the mixture to a small saucepan and simmer on low to medium heat for 5 minutes, or until warm.
    3. Transfer the eggnog to your serving glasses and top with whipped cream and cinnamon!
