Best Ever Keto Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

A refreshing, energizing keto friendly smoothie is a great way to start your day or after a workout or if you need to add some pep to your day.

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 avocado
½ tsp peppermint extract
1-1.5 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
½ cup of ice
Pinch of sea salt
Stevia to taste
1 Love Good Fats Mint Chocolate Chip Bar
Optional: whip cream for topping

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add the protein powder, raw cacao powder, avocado, peppermint extract, chocolate almond milk, ice and sea salt to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Crumble in the LGF Mint Chocolate Chip Bar and pulse 4-5 times until incorporated (you want a few chocolate chunks!)

3. Pour into serving glasses and top with whipped cream.

4. Serve immediately!
