Due to the pandemic, USPS is experiencing very high volumes of deliveries.  They are doing their best to keep up but orders are not being delivered as quickly as pre-Covid.  We ask for your patience, and to wait for 20 business days before inquiring about the location of your package.

We endeavor to ship all orders within 48 business hours. After your order is shipped an email with a trackable link will be sent to the email you provided.

Please note that all orders are sent via USPS. Once your order has left our facility it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. In the rare situation that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we ask that you file a compliant directly with USPS.

Further, we cannot guarantee your package will be left at your front door. USPS will, on occasion, deliver your order to your closest Post Office for pick up. If you choose not to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will give you a refund minus the taxes, cost of shipping and a ten dollar restocking fee.

As well, if the bars are returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be given a refund minus taxes, shipping and a ten dollar restocking fee. The refund will be issued once the bars are returned to us by the carrier.

FREE Shipping* is available on orders over $60. If your order is less than $60 applicable USPS* standard (also known as "priority") shipping charges will apply.

Exception to the above are Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam, there's a flat rate of $8 (no order minimums apply).

We reserve the right to correct any and all errors through the use of coupons versus sending or re-sending product(s).

*At present shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous states and 3 territories.
