1 cup of Almond Milk
(Or KETO dairy of your choice)
4 mint leaves
1 avocado chopped into cubes
1 tsp of ginger
1 tbsp coconut cream
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
a handful of your favorite KETO-friendly greens (spinach, kale)
some ice to give it more a slushy effect
scoop of Love Good Fats vanilla shake mix
pinch of your KETO-friendly favorite sweetener
DIRECTIONS
Add all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
