INGREDIENTS
for Smoothie
1 scoop Love Good Fats vanilla shake mix
¼ cup frozen kale
½ cup frozen cauliflower
½ avocado
Juice of 1 lime
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch pink Himalayan salt
4-5 ice cubes
for Toppings
1 Love Good Fats Lemon Mousse Bar, chopped
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp shredded coconut
DIRECTIONS
Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.Top with chopped lemon mousse bar pieces, almond butter, and shredded coconut.
