keto chocolate cauliflower breakfast smoothie

There are so many different ways to make your breakfast smoothie delicious and adding cauliflower to it is one of them. This keto cauliflower recipe is mixed with berries and chocolate and topped with a variety of high fibre superfoods.

INGREDIENTS

for Smoothie
1 scoop Love Good Fats chocolate shake mix
¼ cup wild blueberries
½ cup frozen cauliflower
1 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ avocado
1 cup almond or coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pinch pink Himalayan salt
3-4 ice cubes

for Toppings

1 Love Good Fats chewy nutty chocolatey almond bar, chopped
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp almonds
1 tbsp hemp hearts

DIRECTIONS

Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Top with chopped chewy bar pieces, almond butter, almonds, and hemp seeds.
